About D & G's
Our store is named after Diesel and Gunner two of the Schultz family dogs.
They were both throw away pets who just happened to find our forever family in Wilmington, Ohio. Dex was a Wilmington Area Humane Society shelter dog, who had been there for 2 years and had been adopted out and brought back 3-4 times. (Dex is the dog in the picture on right) He is now an assistant store dog who also works with Janet on in home training sessions as well as temperament testing for boarding and day school applicants. We are a family of second chances and we have worked very hard to show people rescue pets can be productive citizens.
